Delete your Ridelay account
Submitting this form asks us to permanently delete the Ridelay account registered to your email and everything attached to it:
- your profile, handle, and photos
- your rides and their recorded tracks
- your posts, comments, and messages
- crew memberships, follows, and leaderboard entries
- any active Beacon links (they stop working immediately on deletion)
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Ridelay Pro subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions first, or Google will keep billing the store account.
Request received. We'll verify it against the account email and complete the
deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation at that address when it's done.
